Connect with the industry.

We provide students with access to the highest levels of industry leadership, nationally and internationally.  Each semester, students go on a field trip to examine cities and sites of outstanding sustainable real estate development projects. Students will meet the developers, designers, contractors and other stakeholders involved in the these projects.

Two of these field trips include attendance of the Fall Meetings of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), putting students in contact with over 5,000 industry professionals at each meeting.  We provide students memberships to the ULI and the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) organizations upon entering the program. Students are then able to attend regional meetings of the organizations—and if you’re trying to make industry contacts, those regional meetings are the place to do it.
