Program Costs

AUMRED tuition is approximately $1,385 per credit hour for the 39 credit hour program.  This amount covers tuition, required books, university fees, an Apple iPad to allow access to distance materials virtually anywhere, lodging and lunches during Auburn residencies and on required field trips, and annual student memberships in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).  Tuition does not include travel costs for university residencies or required field trips.

AUMRED‘s executive format allows students to work full-time while enrolled in the program. The opportunity cost of attending AUMRED is ultimately less than other programs because a student does not have to move to campus or give up current employment income.
